Three phases, each with a scope in hours agreed before we start. If the assessment shows it isn't worth going further, we'll tell you.

  1. 01 · Assessment
    €490

    Up to 6 hours. We review how you work today, where time gets lost and what is worth automating.

  2. 02 · Implementation
    from €2,900

    Up to 30 hours. We build the agreed tool or integration and roll it out with your team.

  3. 03 · Maintenance
    €190 /month

    Up to 1 hour a month of adjustments and support. Extra hours at €90/h.

Indicative prices. Applicable taxes, licences and third-party infrastructure are additional. Scope and terms are agreed in writing for each project. This website does not accept payments. Outcomes are assessed during discovery.

Before the assessment

What we need from you.

  • Someone on the team who knows the process well and can join a couple of sessions.
  • Real examples of today's work: the spreadsheet, the template document, the email that keeps repeating. You can anonymise them.
  • The tools you already use and who manages them.
  • What a good outcome would look like, even roughly.
