Every opportunity needs a next action
Start with company, source, problem, owner, stage and next action. Add an indicative value when a proposal exists. Keep it separate from money actually collected.
A stage describes where the conversation stands. The next action explains what must happen and who will do it. Both help distinguish activity from progress.
Connect tools carefully
A form can create an opportunity and a notification. Verify those outcomes separately: a saved record does not prove that an email was delivered.
Prevent duplicates and preserve source information. If an integration fails, the error should remain visible for a person to resolve.
Measure what supports decisions
Review qualified enquiries, proposals, reasons for loss, collected revenue and selling time. A complex forecast is not necessary to notice that an offer is not finding buyers.
The Tican demo illustrates these behaviours with synthetic data. It does not represent a client or a production integration.
